Microsoft just announced the Surface 2. There are not many surprises, but it still looks like a better offering that the first version. Will it be enough to make it perform in the marketplace? To me, it seems too pricey to be honest. Hopefully I am wrong. Surface 2 Vis diasshow Hent alt

I just grabbed the official images of the Surface tablet and have posted them below. I know it makes no sense to repost them, but hey, why not? Personally, I think they look pretty nice, but I am not sure about the hardware though. It looks very business-like as opposed to the omnipresent iPad, which definitely looks like a consumer product. On the other hand, the software looks and feels so much better than iOS that I think it will more than make up for it in the end.  Surface VIEW SLIDE SHOW DOWNLOAD ALL  

I guess the rumors were true. I think it looks pretty cool.
