Rumors about Windows Phone 8.1, code name Blue, are popping up all over the Internet these days. Well, maybe not all over the Internet, considering we are 3 percenters, but some enthusiasts sites are posting some interesting rumors. As far as I can tell, our good friends at LiveSide have the most comprehensive write up. Keep in mind though, that nothing has been officially confirmed, so it is all rumors.
